According to Sport, Luis Enrique’s long wanting desire continues to be Celta de Vigo’s star man, Nolito, to his squad. As Barcelona B and Celta’s former coach, Enrique is well aware of the talent the 29 year old possess and is demanding to sign him as he can prove to be a great addition to the attack

Barca boss considers the Spanish International as the perfect player to contribute to the needs of the team and also believes that Nolito can be a strong alternative for Neymar’s position. The club cannot pay his €18m release clause as of now due to economical restraints, but currently are trying to sign the player on loan with a compulsory buy clause in the Summer of €20m, but it is still unclear if Celta will accept this method.

With the Winter transfer window in process, Lucho is hoping for Barca to recruit Celta’s forward in order to develop a more versatile and powerful squad going into the key part of the season.
