Neymar's entourage have contacted Barcelona in hope of a return in 2019. The initial reaction from the club was negative because of the legal battle to pay his renewal bonuses, his return is now under consideration for the first time since he departed.

Pep Segura didn't dismiss his signing in a recent interview, saying the following: "All players who are in the market are likely to come if they fit our needs. Today, Neymar is not in the market. If one day there is a possibility, does anyone believe that a club like Barça does not have to consider it?

"In the case of Neymar and anyone, we must give our players the best."

Barça would be favorites, especially as Mundo Deportivo recently reported Real Madrid has cooled their interest in Neymar even if he still continues to be Florentino Pérez' dream signing. The supporters are against signing the Brazilian and would prefer someone like Hazard or Mbappé.
