Barcelona cruised to a 2-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday to cement their place in the semifinal of the UEFA Champions League on a 5-1 aggregate score.
Neymar scored a first-half brace, thus eliminating any hopes of a comeback by the Ligue 1 champions.
The victory means Barcelona will enter the last-four of Europe’s elite competition for the seventh time in the last eight years. They will get to know their next opponent at the draw on Friday.
Meanwhile, here’s what the players had to say in the aftermath of their triumph at the Camp Nou.
Neymar
"We've done exactly as we did in Paris. We played our football, stamped our style on the game and scored goals. That's what was important."
"It was a great performance and I congratulate all the players and the team for the way we have played."
"I am happy with how the season is going because we are still in all three competitions. But we have to continue as we are doing. We are in a great moment in the Champions League, are top of La Liga and we must continue this way."
"Everyone left is strong. We have to beat whoever we play against if we want to win the competition."
"The pass [Iniesta] made [for the first goal] was fantastic. He left me all alone. I just had to get by the keeper and knock it in."
Andrés Iniesta
"The credit goes to everyone."
"Another semifinal berth is spectacular. We're practically required to get there, but we want to get past the semis."
"Has the best Iniesta returned? I never left. Some see it one way, others differently. I always try to play well."
Javier Mascherano
"Our idea was always to win the game from the first minute, even though the result was already in our favor. It was the only way."
"It's important for the Club to be in the semifinals. It may sound easy, but it isn't. We're two games from another Champions League final and hopefully the next round is ours.”
"I think the mindset with which we faced the game was correct. If they scored first, they'd have gotten back in it. To avoid that, we had to attack, and that was how we avoided the risks."
Gerard Piqué
"I don't think that we need to avoid Bayern in the semifinals. This is the Champions League, everything will be difficult."
"We are playing good football. Up front, we have three players who are really, really good."
"We know that if we don't win, Madrid can go ahead of us in La Liga, and we have to try to avoid that."
Sergi Roberto
"The two goals from Neymar settled us down. But it was also thanks to the score in the first leg."
"We played well in both games, and now we are in the semifinals, which is what we wanted."
"Playing with these teammates makes everything easier."
