And that something – in this case, someone – is Jérémy Mathieu who will sit out Wednesday’s Champions League semifinal first leg with an Achilles tendon problem, but Luis Enrique will otherwise have a full squad at his disposal. Jordi Alba trained individually yesterday, but he participated in full training today. Barça B striker Munir took part in this morning’s training session.

With Mathieu being injured that means that Javier Mascherano will most likely start alongside Gerard Piqué in the center of the defense tomorrow evening.
