Mundo Deportivo reports Barcelona have recently watched PSV's goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet and he's one of the signing options as backup in case Jasper Cillessen departs the club in 2019 as he is seeking more playing time. In the last transfer window, he was also the main favorite if Jasper had left as it was expected.

Barça and Valverde fully trust both goalkeepers, however the agent of the Netherlands international informed he wanted to play more minutes and it is simple impossible given how incredibly reliable his colleague Ter Stegen has been.

Zoet has the standard height for a goalkeeper (1.89) and stands out with the ability to play with his feet as it's essential for any Barça goalkeeper. He was scouted last season and the club will continue to watch the 27 year old throughout this season.
