The Female B squad are crowned Second Division champions

Zoe García’s players have clinched an unprecedented league title by trashing Pallejà 4-0

FC Barcelona’s Female B team have secured this Sunday the Second Division league title for the first time ever in history. Zoe García’s girls needed to beat Pallejà to achieve this feat and they did so with a resounding 4-0 victory at the Ciutat Esportiva. Aitana Bonmatí and Laia Muñoz put the local team ahead in the scoresheet in the first half. In the second act, Laia Aleixandri’s and Ona Batlle’s goals were the icing on the cake for the culés.

With this result, the academy squad have clinched the league title with two matchdays left to be played in the Second Division's third group. This season, the girls have an unbeaten league record of 22 wins and two draws, with 100 scored goals and only nine conceded goals.
