Mascherano agrees personal terms with Juventus

The Argentinian could join Dani Alves at the Italian club

Barça fans can start to worry as the future of Jefecito at the club is in doubt, defender Javier Mascherano has agreed terms for three years with the Italian side Juventus.

Mascherano could potentially pen a three-year deal with Juve and would earn as much as he does in Catalonia, but would perform in his prefered position, defensive midfielder.

The former Liverpool man has been looking for a move out of the Camp Nou, as it could be the last big contract of his football career. However, for now, the agreement is solely between the player and Juventus with the clubs still need to negotiate.

Masche has appeared in 282 official matches, securing multiple major trophies with his side, and if the Argentina international does decide to leave, he will become the player with most matches without a goal among outfield Blaugrana footballers.
