Marc Bartra says goodbye to his teammates as he decides to leave Barcelona
The centre back is the first to leave the club this summer
According to Mundo Deportivo, the 25 year old La Masia graduate, Marc Bartra, whose senior team contract expires in 2017, has told his teammates that he has decided to depart the club in order to have play regularly.
Bartra has taken part in 22-matches in the entire season of 2015/16, where he started in only 9 games and was subbed on in the other 13 matches he took part in. The young centre back didn't fulfill the expectations and has been out of favor with Luis Enrique, not even making the match squad in key matches in the last few months.
Napoli and Stoke City are among the clubs interested.
